Terms of Use

1. Who we are and what this site is
This site is operated by Algorismus LLC, a Texas limited liability company, of 3001 Hulen Street, Suite 201, Fort Worth, TX 76107, United States ("we", "us"). You can contact us at legal@wpos.ai.
This site publishes exjsx, an open-source toolchain that lets AI agents build websites, together with a demonstration archive of fifty websites built with it (the "Demo Archive") and a downloadable copy of those sites (the "Kit").
2. The single most important thing on this page
Every business shown in the Demo Archive is fictional. None of them exists.
Every one of the fifty sites was invented, written, designed and built by AI software as a demonstration of what the toolchain can produce. Across those sites, all of the following are fabricated:
- the businesses, brands, products, services and prices;
- the people, their names, photographs, job titles and biographies;
- the professional qualifications, memberships and registrations;
- the certifications, standards, approvals, test results and regulatory clearances;
- the customer reviews, testimonials, quotations and case examples;
- the statistics, outcome figures, performance claims and financial figures;
- the addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, company registration numbers and charity numbers.
None of it was verified and none of it is true. It exists to show how the software lays out a page, not to tell you anything about the world.
They are also not case studies. No client commissioned any of these sites, nobody paid for one, and none of them describes work done for a real customer. Where you see the word "demo" on this site it is meant literally.
3. Nothing here is advice, and nothing here is an offer
Nothing in the Demo Archive is, or should be relied on as:
- medical, clinical, health or pharmaceutical advice;
- legal advice, or an offer to provide legal services;
- financial, tax, investment or accounting advice, or a financial promotion;
- any other professional advice;
- an offer to sell or supply anything, or an invitation to treat.
No fictional business in the Demo Archive can be contacted, engaged, bought from or relied upon. The contact details shown are part of the fiction. Do not use them. If a telephone number or email address in the archive happens to reach a real person, that is an error — please tell us at legal@wpos.ai and we will remove it.
Several of the demo sites depict businesses in regulated sectors — healthcare, medical devices, legal services, financial services, immigration advice and children's services. The fictional businesses hold none of the registrations, authorisations, clearances or qualifications their pages describe. Nothing shown in the archive has been cleared, approved, registered, certified or authorised by the Food and Drug Administration, any state medical, dental or bar licensing authority, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Internal Revenue Service, the Care Quality Commission, the General Medical Council, the General Dental Council, the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the Financial Conduct Authority, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, the Charity Commission, or any other regulator or standards body anywhere — because the businesses do not exist and no product or service was ever submitted to anyone.
4. Resemblance to real organisations and people
The fifty names were generated by AI and were not cleared against any trade mark register or company register. Some of them coincide with the names of real businesses, and some invented personal names may coincide with those of real people.
Any such resemblance is unintended. No connection with, endorsement by, sponsorship by, or statement about any real business or person is intended or should be inferred, and nothing in the Demo Archive is a statement of fact about any real business or person.
We publish the collisions we know about at https://exjsx.dev/showcase/name-collisions/, and we log every change we make at https://exjsx.dev/showcase/changelog/.
If you are, or act for, a person or organisation whose name, mark or likeness appears in the Demo Archive, please contact legal@wpos.ai. Our takedown commitment is in §7.
5. Your licence to use the material
The Demo Archive and the Kit are made available under the terms set out in the LICENSE file distributed with the Kit, which licenses code, written content and images on different terms. That file governs; this section only summarises it.
You may download, copy, modify and reuse the material, including commercially.
You must not, and you agree not to:
- publish any of the written content as if it were true. The copy is layout filler. If you reuse it, replace every factual claim, review, testimonial, credential, certification, statistic and price with something accurate before publishing;
- hold out any fictional business in the archive as real, or as a customer, client or reference of yours;
- adopt any of the fifty invented names as your own trading name without conducting your own trade mark clearance;
- remove, obscure, disable or alter the content notice that appears on each demo page, or redistribute any demo page with that notice removed;
- use the material to impersonate any real person or organisation, or to create fake reviews, fake endorsements or fake credentials for any real business;
- use the material in a way that breaks any law, or any rule of an advertising, professional or financial regulator.
Clauses 1, 4 and 5 are conditions of your licence. If you break them, your licence to use the material ends automatically.
Nothing in this section restricts what you may say about us or about exjsx. You are free to review, criticise, or write about this project however you like.
6. The Kit is not a compliance-ready website
The Kit is a design demonstration. It is not a ready-to-publish website and it has not been checked for accessibility, privacy, cookie consent, consumer-law disclosures, or sector-specific advertising rules in any jurisdiction. Before you publish anything built from it, those are yours to get right.
7. Takedown
We will act quickly on good-faith complaints. Email legal@wpos.ai with the URL and what the problem is.
We commit to acknowledging within 2 working days, and to removing or renaming, within 5 working days, any demo page where:
- the invented business name conflicts with your real trading name or registered mark; or
- an invented person's name, credentials or photograph could reasonably be taken to refer to a real person; or
- a registration number, address, telephone number or domain in the content belongs to you; or
- the content is capable of damaging a real business or person.
We do not require you to prove your rights before we act. We would rather remove a demo page than argue about it. This commitment is voluntary and is not an admission of liability.
Every action taken under this section is recorded in the public changelog at https://exjsx.dev/showcase/changelog/.
8. The site itself
We may change, suspend or withdraw the Demo Archive or the Kit at any time. We do not guarantee the site will be available or uninterrupted. The demo sites are static and are not maintained.
We do not knowingly collect personal data through the demo pages. Any forms shown on them are non-functional parts of the fiction and do not submit anywhere. What the site as a whole does collect — a single analytics product, and nothing else — is described in our Privacy Notice at https://exjsx.dev/showcase/privacy/.
9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
[US attorney review required — see the note at the top of this file.]
THE DEMO ARCHIVE AND THE KIT ARE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, FOR DEMONSTRATION PURPOSES ONLY, AND ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT. IT IS NOT ACCURATE. IT IS FICTION.
WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION THAT WE HOLD, OR ARE ABLE TO GRANT YOU, ANY COPYRIGHT OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT IN THE AI-GENERATED TEXT AND IMAGES. SEE THE LICENSE FILE, WHICH EXPLAINS WHY.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL OR DATA, OR FOR ANY REGULATORY PENALTY, CLAIM OR LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR PUBLICATION OF MATERIAL DERIVED FROM THE DEMO ARCHIVE OR THE KIT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE, THE DEMO ARCHIVE OR THE KIT WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).
These limits do not apply to liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or to any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Nothing in these Terms waives, limits or disclaims any right you may have under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act, or under any other consumer protection statute that does not permit waiver. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or of incidental or consequential damages, so parts of the two paragraphs above may not apply to you.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Union, nothing here affects the rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time you use the site, with its "last updated" date. Material changes are recorded in the changelog.
11. Governing law and where disputes are decided
[US attorney review required.]
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we each consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and does not prevent you from bringing proceedings in the courts of that country.
