RANK 06OF 50
Casa Ocotillo
An adobe house at 1,400 metres, built around a spring-fed pool and a courtyard of ocotillo. Three nights minimum, because two is not long enough to stop checking your phone.
Adobe and terracotta, photography given room. The quietest page here and the most confident.

The pitch
Casa Ocotillo is an eleven-room adobe hotel in the high desert with a spring-fed pool, no televisions, and one restaurant that serves whatever arrived that morning. The page is a split-screen scroller: still image on one side, quiet detail on the other.
Sections it decided on
- Split hero: courtyard image and arrival note
- Eleven rooms, three types, honest sizes
- The pool and the hours it is silent
- The kitchen: one menu, changed daily
- What there is to do, and what there deliberately is not
- Getting here: the last 14km are unpaved
- Rates by season with minimum stays
- Availability check
The run
Fifty of these. About one developer day.
Same toolchain, fifty different briefs, no templates. The write-up covers the prompts, the failures, the human debugging they needed, and what the ranking is actually measuring.
